The RVU (Relative Value Unit) is a measure used in the Medicare reimbursement formula for physician services. The formula used in this calculator is:

Earnings = ((Work RVU × PW GPCI) + (PE RVU × PE GPCI) + (MP RVU × MP GPCI)) × Conversion Factor × Number Seen
